Don’t remember what phase of working on the Castle Mtns we are in this year. 5? 6? 7? This year sees the continuation of a major planned multi-year project to revamp the trails in the Castle Mountains, east of White Sulphur Springs. If you’ve never been to the Castle Mtns, it’s a beautiful area to camp & ride or to just go make a day-trip.

Besides the mechanized trail maintenance being conducted, our Trail Sawyer crew was able to get down there and clear some singletrack trails in the Castles this week also. Should be prime riding condition for the Castle Mtns this coming week.
