The GFTBRA trail clearing crew has been hard at work these past couple weeks. Thankfully the number of downed trees so far this year has been much less than last year’s tree-maggedon. Have received a few reports from the GFTBRA trail steward crew and other GFTBRA members / volunteers / friends. Here’s some of the trails that appear to have been cleared / open over the past couple weeks:
- Highwoods completely open and conditions have been excellent
- Pilgrim Creek / Tobins
- Hoover Ridge
- Bender Creek – snow at higher elevations nearing Baldy
- Oti Park / Villars Creek
- Silver Gulch / Jefferson Creek – snow at higher elevations nearing Yogo Peak
- Pioneer Ridge to about 7500 ft / Lucy Park
- Harley Park / Belt Park
- N/S Drywolf trails
